PayPal and Credit Cards

Payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3) You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.

Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

What If I Typed The Wrong Email Address?

Please contact us so that we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order

Are There Any Exchange Rates?

All of our transactions are based in Ringgit Malaysia. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorised for the purchase, and the order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing An Order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destinations’ customs department will have the package on hold

How Do You Ship Packages?

Packages from our store in Malaysia will be shipped depending on the weight and size of the product. Delivery within Malaysia will be shipped via PosLaju or AirPak Express. International delivery will be shipped via TNT / Aramex / Flexipost / Malaysia EMS

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What About Taxes, Duties, Customs and Regulations?

We are not responsible for any custom or import fees once the items have been shipped out of Malaysia. Furthermore, EumoraMalaysia.com is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with non compliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order.

By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom or import duties when they arrive to your country.

How Long Does Shipping Takes?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do You Provide Tracking Information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My Tracking Says "No Information Available At The Moment"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Foreign Transaction Fees

If your credit card account is in a currency other than Ringgit Malaysia (RM), you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subjected to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are showing in your local currency, but in RM when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in RM through PayPal at the checkout page.

I Did Not Receive My Package. What Should I Do Now?

If you did not receive your package within the time specified, please inform us immediately.

We use reputable couriers which are trackable. Your package may be returned to us by the courier company if:
1. No one is around to receive the package after multiple attempts.
2. The package is posted to a collection point (at the nearest Post Office or as instructed by you) and no collection was made within the collection period.
3. The delivery address was invalid or wrong.

If your package is returned to us and you wish to have re-delivery, a re-delivery fee applies.

If the tracking status of your package shows that it is delivered but you did not receive the package, we will try our best to raise a dispute with the courier. However, we will not be liable for any losses incurred.

The Item(s) I Received Are Defective / Incorrect / Damaged

Please email us at to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photo or video of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
